Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment is a dedicated time reserved just for you—a space where I can focus my full attention on your skin, energy, and overall well-being. In order to honor this commitment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows create unused space, preventing other clients from receiving the care they need and impacting the sustainability of my practice. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of my schedule, appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. I deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, as it allows me to continue offering the highest level of service to each client. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible—I’m always happy to accommodate with advance notice.
